Our client is the world's leading computer components company seeking a candidate to accelerate market reception of a new cloud service solution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Establish deal structures, Licensing scope.
- Contribute to go to market strategies.
- Contribute to business strategy development, execute strategies.
- Prospect, secure meetings, and close new business by qualifying opportunities and with key decision makers in enterprise companies. Decision makers include a wide range of marketing and demand generation titles, as well as corporate communications, training, IT, procurement and sales.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
- Consult with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needs. Recommend solutions, prepare and present proposals and get contracts executed.
- Achieve all individual activity and revenue targets.
- Log sales activity (prospecting, opportunities, revenue, next steps).
- Attend sales seminars, sales meetings or educational activities to stay up-to-date on the latest developments, trends, and regulations in the market place.
- Travel, as required, to meet prospects and customer face-to-face.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 6+ years in sales and marketing, business development
- Must have superior written and oral communication skills
- Strong customer and people skills
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Ability to drive complex business transactions from deal conception and negotiations to contract closure
- Ability to converse in a professional and knowledgeable manner on various industry topics and Internet technologies in order to sell opportunities to prospective customers
- Ability to create successful sales strategies
- Must possess highly developed organizational, planning and management skills
- Strong detail orientation with numbers, follow through and contract details
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing needs and requirements
- Professional experience with Salesforce, EXCEL a plus
- Creativity, persistence, integrity, curiosity, and will to succeed

NICE TO HAVE:

- Experience with presenting or managing trade shows and conferences a plus
- Any technical background may be a plus
