MY DUTIES:

- Support the upgrade of Oracle E-Business 12.1.3 to 12.2.x
- Analyse the customization (CEMLIs) and implement any remediations required to ensure that all codes are following the Oracle standards and requirements for 12.2 and to fix any issues caused by the upgrade 
- There are 100+ CEMLI’s identified that will require analysis, modifications and testing.
- Rationalise existing customisations 
- Rework all existing code to nullify effects of online patching 
-Review tests scripts and update as necessary
- Rewrite custom forms to OAF and convert custom.pll to Forms Personalization
- Report Data Model Archiving 
-Review/ execute End-to-End test scripts that must include all CEMLIs twice and fix any issues
- Test all CEMLIs that have been changed including those interfacing with 3rd party application 

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Development and Best Practices including changes to code management and packaging for online patching enabled environments
- Experience in Oracle Database Development including Editioning Views
- Oracle E-Business 12.2 upgrade, specifically which approach should be taken for any given estate, given the architecture and integration with other applications (mixture of On Premise, Cloud and Remote Services)
- Good usage of project management tools including both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
- Solid experience in Oracle E-Business development
- Knowledge of upgraded 12.1.3 Oracle E-Business System to 12.2 and leading a 12.2 Upgrade Project
