Next Generation Digital Channels Program is introducing new functions to the Bank's internet and mobile banking channels.

Function Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely delivery of the BA Team deliverables (follow-up tasks in JIRA/dashboard) which are part of own scope
- Follow up open points, risks and issues
- Prepare weekly status meetings of projects
- Prepare Weekly Status reports for Project Managers
- Alignment with stakeholders and follow-up for business requirements:
- Other Engineering Departments
- Legal + Compliance + ISRM
- Business Intelligence and Reporting
- Alignment with stakeholders for content publishing:
- Engineering CRM & Usability for Multilan publishing
- Marketing for FAQ and other content publishing
- Alignment with copywriter
- Alignment with the Change Manager
- Usability tests: define scope (follow up execution and implementation of recommendations)
- Quality assurance of the deliverables of the BA team and other stakeholders

English Must - spoken and written is a must: deliverables are written in
English, most of the meetings are conducted in English

Experience
Minimum 5 years of similar experience

Technical Experience
Mandatory
? General technology background combined with understanding of web technologies, HTML5
? Understanding of requirements structure for web/mobile design (use cases, screen flow/ navigation flow, wireframes, visual design)
? Proficient in Word, Excel. Advanced in Power Point

Preferable
? Preferred experience/ exposure to web banking

Business Experience
Mandatory
? Relevant experience in similar activities
? Experience in activity coordination / delivery management

? Knowledge of banking environment
