Business Data Analyst - UAT - System Testing

BUSINESS DATA ANALYST/DIEGEM, BELGIUM/6 MONTHS CONTRACT/28 TO 31 EUR (PER HOUR)
Responsible for International Business Systems & Master Data Governance for DePuy Spine, Mitek, Orthopaedics, and Codman.
Support the requests for system changes involving master data. Facilitate reviews of system impacts with IT and business leaders impacted by the change. Coordinate system testing and roll out of changes per the project schedule.
Support any changes to interfaces between DePuy Legacy and regional systems.
Support any changes within the DePuy Legacy systems that affect master data interfaces.
UAT testing.
Ensure that functional specifications and mapping documents for master data interfaces are updated as changes occur.
Coordinate the monitoring and analysis of master data integrity reports from HCS and DePuy IT across all interfaced systems. Develop SOP's, monitor daily error reports, train business partners on their responsible error handling, and coordinate all required master data updates/changes.
Coordinate and monitor data quality within the DePuy Legacy and interfaced systems.
Work with respective IT team to run queries to review key data elements (examples include CE mark, export only, blank required data fields).
Work with the appropriate business partners to add/change/delete to update the values.
Participate on DePuy, MD&D GSC, & CLS projects impacting business systems & master data.
Support any changes to interfaces between DePuy Legacy and regional systems required by a project.
Support UAT testing.
Support regression testing between regional and Legacy systems.
Ensure that functional specifications and mapping documents for master data interfaces are updated as changes occur.
Ensure that reporting and auditing is established and/or updated to comply with CAVRE.
NON TECHNICAL SKILLS AND ADDITIONAL DETAILS
-Bachelor's Degree
- Experience required
- Advanced knowledge of Excel required
- Advanced knowledge of JDE required
- Good level of English
- Good communication skills
