Business Data Analyst - Mifid II (4661)

For a project at our clients site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

BUSINESS DATA ANALYST - MIFID II (4661)

You will work in Group Data Business Change in Switzerland within the Wealth Management (WM) IT stream of the MiFID II program. As a data Subject Matter expert you will be the single point of contact for any MiFID II IT data inquiries.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ YEARS OF BUSINESS AND/OR DATA ANALYSIS EXPERIENCE WITHIN FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
- EXPERIENCE IN MIFID II PROJECTS NECESSARY
- Excellent understanding of project and system development life cycles
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills and structured work approach
- EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct data analysis and assess current flows against MiFID II requirements
- Drafting of business requirement specifications and facilitate sign off with key stakeholders
- Maintain central data dictionary for the MiFID II program
- Design and documentation of target state processes/product flows plus overlay with impacted systems
- Liaise with stakeholders within Business, IT, Compliance and Legal and capture into a detailed requirements document
- Support stream lead in following up/project management tasks
