Je functie: Context
Within Easy banking Sales, the Easy banking Sales Experience and Performance team has several objectives:
Boost online sales for some specific products
Understand online client / visitor behaviour, both on online and offline channels. An end-to-end view is needed.
Permanently optimize performance and customer experience on flows and campaigns, by providing detailed recommendations to main stakeholders.
The team also needs support to build up reportings, in order to better understand all interactions with customers when one of the contact points is the online channel.
Support for all existing reportings, automation and promotion of them is also needed.
Function Description
- Responsible for the building up of new reportings, with an end-to-end Omni channel view: understand the different possible interactions among
all channels (Branch, Online, ATM, Contact Center)
- Update and monitor existing reportings to provide support to the team Direct Sales Experience and Performance
- Translate learnings from reporting into actionable points in order to improve customer experience and increase online sales
- Participate to reflexion on global monitoring & give technical support
- Proactive analysis of new opportunities (based on data)
