Role Summary
A leading bank is looking for an accomplished business/data analyst with strong analytical skills to join their customer analytics team. The successful individual will be energetic and highly proficient in both information and business analysis, and will become crucial in helping the institution deliver a superior customer experience.
This role would suit someone with a minimum of two years' experience in a mixed Business Analyst/Data Analyst position.
Key responsibilities include:
-Take a lead role in working with stakeholder in designing solutions through modelling business functions, processes, information flows and data structures using methodical and consistent techniques.
-Accurately document solutions in line with stakeholder requirements and hold responsibility for review/sign off of same.
-Experience in information analysis using SQL is essential
-Prior experience working in an agile environment is desirable
