I am currently looking for a HR Business/Data/Reward Analyst to join a financial services client in Halifax, West Yorkshire for an initial 3 month contract offering up to £400 per day.

The successful candidate will undertake the manual matching of core loan data to HR records using Excel to determine the taxable benefits arising from the loan.

To be successful, you will need to possess strong Excel skills, coupled with the ability to extract data from core SAP Payroll/HR system (or similar). A basic understanding of P11d legislation is required in order to ensure legislative compliance in respect of the overarching deliverable.

The successful candidate will need to be a motivated self-starter with the ability to plan their own workloads in order to manage this legislative deliverable within a tight schedule.
