For our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical players based in the Basel, we are looking for a BUSINESS CONTROLLER/ACCOUNTANT with experience in running rEPORTING AND FINANCIAL PLANNING PROCESSES FOR ORAL, CPP & ARD.
This is a long term contracting position starting ASAP UNTIL 2018.
As a Business Controller, you will perform controls to ensure business resources are allocated and used adequately in line with objectives. Furthermore, you will be preparing monthly management report. In addition, the Business controller as a key team member will provide finance support to Global BPA (Business Planning Analyst) PHAD and Global ARD in running reporting and financial planning processes for ORAL, CPP and ARD (ie month end reporting, monthly and quarterly forecast etc.) to ensure the effective and timely delivery of insightful and/or ad-hoc financial information.
TO BE THE BEST AT THIS ROLE, IT WOULD HELP A GREAT DEAL IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
- A degree in Business Education (MBA) or a FINANCE EDUCATION
- A CERTIFICATION IN CPA/CMA or any other equivalent certification is a plus
- 2-3 YEARS' EXPERIENCE in a SIMILAR POSITION SUPPORTING A BUSINESS as a BUSINESS CONTROLLER
- Experience in SAP & Microsoft Office (very good knowledge with Excel is a must)
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and German (will be an advantage)
- Strong team player with cross - functional skills
