Business Continuity Officer

This is a great opportunity for a capable and proactive BUSINESS CONTINUITY OFFICER to assist the Business Continuity Manager with the review, development, implementation and testing of LOCAL BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLANS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assisting with developing business continuity plans which Includes Disaster/Emergency Scenarios/Critical Personnel and Functions.
- Perform information gathering and analysis (rather than make recommendations).
- Coordination of schedules and project meetings, including organising bookings, creating agendas and general administration.
- Business Process mapping/documentation.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Ability to set and meet tight deadlines and be a lather thinker.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in business and office administration, including well-developed skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project).
- Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

- Experience as a Business Continuity Officer.
- Experience with business continuity planning and testing.
- Experience with risk assessment and management.
