A great contract vacancy has arisen an enthusiastic Business Continuity Professional to join a prestigious Financial Services Institution.

A prestigious Clearing House based in London is looking for an energetic Business Continuity Manager to join their team. The role is a contract, with preference to candidates who are immediately available.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Senior Business Continuity Manager at the organisation. Your skills will be relied on to assist with the implementation of key business continuity strategy in line with international standards. The organisation is renowned for its BC plans, making this the perfect opportunity for a candidate wanting to join a leading organisation.

A strong analytical mind set, and fantastic communication skills will be key to this role. You'll be given the opportunity to liaise with various business departments throughout the organisation to help Business Impact Analysis- monitoring the process to check on status, whilst also providing help and support to BC coordinators.

The successful candidate will also have the chance to plan, prepare and execute vital BC awareness activities and events to help promote BC across the organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Implement a Business Continuity strategy that in is line with international standards
- Providing support to the Business Continuity Lead
- Due Diligence on critical suppliers
- Support the promotion of Business Continuity throughout the organisation.

REQUIREMENTS

- BCMI/AMBCI qualified or equivalent
- Proven experience and track record in Business Continuity/Business Continuity Management from Financial Services.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience using notification tools
- Experience managing and running an end to end BCM programme
- Experience both using and rolling out BCM software
