Business Continuity Analyst

Our client is looking for a Business Continuity Analyst for a 6+ month contract. This could be continually extended into a very long term contract.

- Update the system capability information, assuring that the systems are correctly reflected in applicable business recovery plans
- Update the supplier information, assuring that the supplier dependencies are correctly reflected in applicable business recovery plans
- Perform critical review of Business Continuity Plans - gap analysis, updates, modifications, etc.
- Update Business Impact Assessments for each business area
- Coordinate and facilitate remaining Recovery Plan desktop reviews
- Identify capability and deliver new reporting

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Extensive experience in Business Continuity and Project Management, specifically in development of approach and project deliverable timelines to ensure tasks are completed for all business areas within agreed upon timeframes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong business analysis skills
- Experience in some sort of regulated industry (insurance, financial, healthcare, etc.)

- Any type of BCP certification (Business Continuity Planning)
- Any certification from the Business Continuity Institute (BCI)
