INTRODUCTION:
Our clients program is a global business transformation program to enable their product to continue on its ambitious growth journey. It is built around the fundamentals of harmonized best practices, data and systems with a focus on delivering a seamless, personalized, omnichannel experience to consumers. The program will include a major IS/IT transformation for which SAP and Hybris have been selected as strategic software partners.
ROLE:
The main purpose of this role is to design of an integrated process related to Promotions & Trade campaign Management.
Main Responsibilities (within functional area):
- Translate business flows into processes in ARIS
- Identify gaps and propose alternative solutions
- Define and document functional specifications for RICEFW
- Liaise with the other business streams (eg CRM, etc.) to capture touchpoints and ensure of an optimized integration.
- Collaborate and share with the rest of the team reasoning behind the processes
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST-HAVE
- 5 years + experience as a Business Consultant having mainly worked on subjects related to Trade, Promotions Execution, Trade Campaign Management and understanding the cross functional implications between the different business areas incl. CRM, E-commerce, etc.
- Expertise Retail/B2C omnichannel scenarios
- Good understanding of the Trade, Service, Marketing.
- Expertise in Aris
- Strong communication and consulting skills
SOFT SKILLS:
- Teamplayer
- Ability to work in an international as well as multicultural environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Insight and courage
- Service oriented
- Results focus and initiative as well as pro-active
- Lead and develop people
LANGUAGE:
Fluent in English (writing + speaking)
French (would be an advantage)
