Business Consultant - Channel Shift

A Business Consultant, specialising in channel shift, is required to join one of the largest energy suppliers in the UK. This post will be providing support to an already established "Operations Excellence Programme", to deliver substantial customer channel shift/optimisation. This is a 3 month contract, based in Hove.

SCOPE:
We are looking for a full Channel Expert who is able to lead activities to identify new channel management opportunities. Working alongside the channel team and with business stakeholders this post will be responsible for driving delivery activities within the engagement period, including development of the supporting business case, delivery plan and resourcing requirements to ensure success. The successful candidate will act in an advisory capacity to the channel management work-stream, reviewing and challenging existing priorities and supporting the identification of new opportunities to provide contingency should customers not change to the required level. We are looking for a candidate who can utilise their significant Customer facing experience of delivering channel projects to help drive implementation of channel solutions in 2014. The Channels in scope are voice/IVR/Live Chat/on-line self serve/email.
