Business Consultant, Card Issued Fraud

We are seeking a Business Consultant with expert business background within Card Fraud (Card Issued Fraud). 

General experience in Credit Card area is of no interest, it must be specific and good experience in Card Fraud. 

Key responsibilities and task: 

- Responsible for product P&L, product strategy, product roadmap and product pricing
- Map competitive position, market trends and track product attractiveness and competitive position
- Develop new product functionality in line with strategy
- Manage product development process
- Prepare and present business case for new product development proposals.
- Maintain product documentation - Product Ready For Sale
- Set the framework for product compliance - SLA/OLA requirements
- Internal Knowledge build-up
- Education - Card Academy
- Consultancy work to Sales (Solution Selling)
- Communicate services/solutions to customers
- Develop solutions and document business and user requirements
- Review customer agreements
- Manage handover to Service Delivery

Preferred background and qualifications: 

- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience within Fraud
- Understanding of Card products and services
- Experience with process management
- Strong English skills
- Strong administrative skills
