For our banking client in Zürich we are currently looking for a Business Consultant:

START: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Scope of Work:

Maintenance of the R&F IT workforce tracker - capture of headcount actuals and forecast plus other associated organisational information for all resource types across the financial year.

Maintenance of the R&F IT hiring pipeline - collation, approval, tracking and reporting for all open hires, ensuring that aging hires are still relevant and recruitment is progressing.

Human Capital Reporting - responsible for the design and creation of all reporting related to human capital topics. This includes self-service management reporting, monthly N-4 and N-3 packs and ad-hoc decks presentations.

Deployment Reporting - responsible for the provision of the monthly deployment report to the PBWM & SHS IT COO.

Liaison with PBWMmonitor the accuracy of recruitment reporting, the creation of the monthly headcount projection, changes to pipeline hires, feedback on PBWM & SHS IT processes.

Support for R&F IT Workforce Strategy team - providing consistent dataset for human capital target-setting (BoD permanent target, Merlion, Lighthouse etc.), justification for changes in headcount numbers across the year, provision of quarterly re-forecast for KG workforce strategy submissions, general reporting and analysis.

Support for R&F IT contractor tenure process - assist in maintaining the replacement plans for over tenure contractors in order to meet tenure targets.

Support for R&F IT Financial Management team - ensuring that the headcount forecast is as accurate and up to date as possible for the monthly cost accounting process and provision of commentary for headcount changes month on month.

Technical or Other Skills:

Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
Excellent analytical skills and eye for detail.
Ability to prioritise and recognise escalation points.
Good MS Excel (pivots, look ups, conditionals and other simple formulae) - VBA would be an advantage.
Good MS PowerPoint.
Ability to manage a small virtual team.
Fluent English, German nice to have
