BUSINESS CONSULTANT - CHANNEL SHIFT - CHANNEL MANAGEMENT - STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

Our well known energy provider requires a Business Analyst/Consultant to support Operational Excellence with the delivery of 200 FTE target Providing an advisory SME role to the channel management work stream, challenging existing priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work in a team In H2 the channel management with a target will increase by 50 FTE to 200 FTE (£5m) total, contributing 57% of the overall OE target The Channel Management team requires additional resource with specific channel expertise in order to help identify new opportunities and de-risk delivery of existing solutions
- Lead activities to identify new channel management opportunities which will deliver additional 50 FTE capacity Development of supporting business case, delivery plan and resourcing requirements to ensure success
- Work as part of the channel team and with business stakeholders to drive delivery activities

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

- Proven experience as a Business Consultant and demonstrated Channel shift - voice/IVR/on-line/Live Chat/email Channel optimisation - IVR/Live Chat/on-line/email
- Experience of creating and executing plan to identify and realise tangible capacity creation Experience, knowledge and gravitas to confidently act in an SME advisory capacity
- Practical hands on delivery and deployment Stakeholder management to senior/director level End to end business improvement - opportunity identification, sizing, solution design, business case, drive deployment, baseline, measure and track benefit
