Business Consultant

Reduce uncertainty and affect the behavior of others through the creation of effective metrics, measurements, and operational reports. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Expert in metrics and decision analysis
- Measure uncertainty, risk, and the value of information
- Derive methods to analyze options for reducing uncertainty about decisions
- Define decision problems and the relevant uncertainties
- Compute the value of additional information
- Define the issues in terms of what decision it affects and how to observe it, quantify the uncertainty about it, and compute the value of additional information.

SKILLS:

Minimum - Master's degree in related field (PhD preferred)

- Minimum - 7 years of work experience
