Business Consultant

My client a leading energy provider in the UK currently requires a Business Consultant. They are seeking a Business Consultant with strong business marketing experience. You shall be required to Liaise with and support the Design Lead and Customer Experience Lead to ensure consistency of design and delivery across the workstream.

You should also have sufficient content knowledge to support assurance of the workstream activity, including:

- Proposition design activity, including issue resolution, risk management, and scope management;
- Digital capability design and delivery activities (within the Design sub workstream); to ensure digital elements are integrated with the Mandate and Interim proposition design
- Core marketing solution design (SAP, CRM, MDB etc)
- Customer experience design
