Business Communications Writer / Analyst

Main Duties Working with the P3 project managers, draft a comprehensive list of requirements which can be used by the web and database developers to automate the communication solutions * Develops communication and training plans based on the agreed end-to-end workflow * Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to the end-to-end workflow for the enterprise adoption. * Works with stream project managers to identify required changes. * Communicates needed changes to database and web developer * Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules. * Manages the communications with all stakeholders; * Managing and escalating risks to the project's successful outcome; * Escalating and managing resolutions wherever gaps in the tools"project are identified or issues arise; * Managing both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects; * Reporting progress of the project at regular intervals to the P3 Lead Project Manager; * Develops materials and presentations to communicate strategies across all of the stakeholder forums * ensure there are weekly reviews of all business requirements, project plans with published agendas and meeting packs, * that management of projects, stakeholders and suppliers is in place with published minutes and actions to ensure accountability * ensure a consistent issue tracking process within the project, with a scale to understand and communicate priority and impact to the project and the overall project Person Requirements Skills and Attributes The individual appointed as business communications writer must have the necessary organizational and communication skills to be able to take on the responsibilities required of the role. The business communications analyst should have: * effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills; * excellent business and technical writing skillsgood knowledge of techniques for planning, * monitoring and controlling projects; * ability to assess priorities and communicate rationaleability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems.
