Business Communications Analyst

The Comms PM role has three main responsibilities:

1 Draft a comms plan and produces materials (emails, decks) for communication of the project status throughout the life of the project. These are the types of materials that the manager would take to CDR meetings, TIC, QMM etc to update them on the status.
2 Develop a comms strategy within the tool itself, develop stock wording and obtain sign off from Corp Comms. The idea here is that the tool will include functionality to send maintenance emails (chaser emails for status updates, breach emails when various limits have been broken) as well as report distributions.
1 The comms strategy would also include the development of standard decks for major governance forums (TIC, KFH, QMM, TechCo) using Barclays standards (to be defined, but we are thinking about leveraging PresBuilder

3 In conjunction with our Change Adoption Team, develop communications and training materials to ease the adoption of the new functionality across of the infrastructure areas.

The Business Analyst should have the following skills:
* effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
* excellent business and technical writing skills
* good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects;
* ability to assess priorities and communicate rationale
* ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems.
