This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Change Specialist who is SC Cleared to join a defence organisation. Its an initial 12 month contract, based in Reading paying between £400-450per day and they can be flexible for the right candidate.

The candidate will have a proven track record in Business Change Management within a matrix environment.

The Business Change Specialist will be able to highlight experience of identifying and prioritising needs for change management interventions and managing and delivering communications to both business and stakeholders.

Also Necessary is a proven experience of being able to reduce risk and confidence of benefits realisation.

He/she must be able to cooperate as part of a wide team delivering increased business throughout structural, process, behavioural and cultural change.

It is also imperative that the Business Change Specialist be security cleared.
