Fantastic opportunity to work with a large insurance company. You will be working as part of an exciting, large change programme that spans across the business and effects several operation areas of the business, include the contact centre, marketing and MI.
You will be working closely with a BA to identify, plan and manage the business toward the new Target Operating Model.

Your experience should include:
* Business focused background
* Managing business Change/transformation projects
* Managing changes in operational areas of the business
* Managing transformation projects in a call centre/contact centre environment
