Our client seeks a Business Change PM to support a number of ongoing initiatives within the business transformation team. Candidates MUST be business change focused and possess commercial PCI project experience.

JOB PURPOSE:  

- To be responsible for the overall management and delivery of the allocated transformational/strategic programs to budget, quality and time ensuring flawless execution and benefit delivery.
- To drive innovative thinking to assist the business in maximising their use of processes/systems and people to accomplish business benefit.
- To be responsible for driving collaboration and cultural change across the businesses via the approach taken in the delivery of the strategic initiatives.
- To ensure alignment across the various strategic programs/projects.

KEY DUTIES:

- Responsible for the delivery of the allocated Strategic Programs to cost, quality and time ensuring flawless execution and full extraction of benefits.
- Ensure correct governance standards & controls are applied & adhered to throughout the life of the initiative.
- Responsible for ensuring alignment of objectives and deliverables across the program.
- Effective Seamless operational handover to business as usual.
- Deliver innovative and efficient business solutions based on best practice.
- Ensure that the objectives of the initiatives are aligned with the business agenda and business budget.
- Work in conjunction with the other functional heads and the business to ensure alignment across the entire Business Change Portfolio.
- To partner with the business and global functions to execute on the cultural/people transformation associated with allocated initiatives ensuring alignment with the strategy.
- To partner with the Technical functions to ensure key enablers are delivered to time and quality to support overall successful delivery of the solution.

SKILLS KNOWLEDGE:

- Strong business program management experience as well as commercial third party management experience.
- Proven ability to deliver multi faceted, complex solutions.
- Ability and presence to influence across all levels of a business optimising relationships across functions and businesses.
- Goal orientated & strong delivery/milestone focus.
- Experienced in full lifecycle project management implementation.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Strong communication skills at all levels both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to influence and stakeholder manage.
- Proven ability to manage a skilled multi-disciplinary project team.
- Successful Experience of delivering transformational change programs.
