Project Details: My Public Sector client has a unique opportunity for a Business Change Programme/Project Manager to join her team on a 12 month contract.

You will report into the Transformation Programme Manager who is looking to deliver some mouth-watering projects in a large IT department. The area her team are currently looking into are Service Improvement, Project Delivery, Training Development and Organisational Change.

As Change Programme / Project Manager you will manage specialist management consultants who are working in the areas above. You will be expected to have previous history of working in the following areas:

- Strong Programme/Project Management skills
- Experience of business change management, communications and stakeholder management
- Excellent negotiating and influencing skills who are able to adapt their style to get across the message
- Used to working at a senior level in organisations
- Good planning and organisational skills, being able to see activities through to completion,
- Good analytic and problem solving skills and ability to actively manage risks and issues.
