Business Change Manager - Transformation

The Role

To work alongside the Change Director and the Business Transformation team to identify changes to operational processes, procedures, people and practices through analysis of MI, trends, customer and user feedback that will deliver an improved customer experience, increase internal knowledge and efficiency and which will have a positive impact on customer satisfaction measures. This role is responsible for identifying, assessing impact, recommending solutions and delivering changes across the organisation.

Key Accountabilities

- To support the Change Director in the attempt to deliver one of Europe's largest Change Programmes
- To deliver key project milestones within agreed programme timescales
- Manage change requests and other amendments to the requirements through strict version control.
- Ensure that Business Process Models are created, maintained and updated.
- Act as Cross Discipline Liaison
- Work with the project team to define solutions, assess the suitability, cost and risk of each and recommend an option to the project sponsor.
- Plan and schedule own work effectively, within the context of overall resourcing demands.
- Produce progress reports where appropriate.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism to promote credibility and integrity in relation to the Change function.

Skills & Experience

- Experience working within a fast paced Change environment - ideally as a Management Consultant or Change professional
- Outstanding experience working within a Business Process Modelling environment, using the latest BPMN tools and processes
- Thrives on a highly demanding and varied role, from producing slide presentations to working across highly demanding change programmes.
- Understand at a high level the interface between complex business needs and the complex legal and regulatory environment in which the business operates.
- Adaptable and able to adopt change
- Ability to absorb and understand information quickly
- Ability to juggle priorities, multi-task and flawlessly execute at speed
- Sound commercial judgment and overall understanding of the Financial Services Industry
- Understand and comply with the requirements of Change Methodologies

Preferred Experience:

- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools including Visio
- Appropriate Analysis & Design Methods & Techniques including Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Estimating
- Knowledge of and some experience of project management
- Business Process Management
