BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGER (PENSIONS) - LONDON

Business Change Manager (Pensions) is required to join a large retail client to help support delivery of a large implementation programme to deliver changes to the organisation and communicate these changes.

Work with the Workstream Lead to ensure that all activities and tasks are identified, have realistic estimates and timescales against
Organisational design and organisational effectiveness
Designing processes
Ensure deliverables pass QA processes and sign off
Work with other project managers to ensure timescales are realistic
Develop BAU handover approach

Key skills/experience:

Extensive Business Change experience as Lead Business Analyst/Project Manager
Strong experience in Pensions (essential)
Organisational design experience
Strong implementation experience
Process mapping/design
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
