Business Change Manager- Call Centre

Projektbeschreibung

Experienced business change project manager required for key programme of work. You must have proven experience of managing a contact centre/call centre workstreams and have worked within the retail sector to be considered for this role.

Responsible for assessing the ability to absorb and benefit from the planned change, drive effective mobilisation and align the system, organisation, business processes and future business state.
An effective training strategy must be delivered that ensures high user confidence and appropriate skills level.
Ensure the development and delivery of successful user acceptance testing and enable transition from current systems to future state.

Responsibilities
* Managing and leading the business change team
* Inputting ideas and suggestions for the overall approach to Business Change
* Development of a benefits realisation review schedule
* Conducting phase initiation and closedown session with business stakeholders at each programme phase obtaining sign off.
* To develop a comprehensive training strategy for workstream, incorporating a thorough training needs analysis.
* Detailed project planning and control
