Business Change Manager

CHANGE MANAGER, NORWEGIAN, TELECOMMUNICATIONS, STAKE-HOLDERS, MANAGER, INTEGRATION, IT, PROCESSES, BUSINESS PROCESSES

eCRM Euro are looking for an experienced Change Manager who can support a large telecommunications transformation project. This is a long-term project located in Oslo.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive change and set clear and quantifiable goals for the change process
Identify and liaise with key stake-holders involving them with participative tools and methods
Educate stake-holders about the changes that need to be made and how this will impact there as well as other areas of the organisation both positively and negatively.
Educate stake-holders about opportunity cost of not going through with the change
Facilitate change at organisational level
Understand, anticipate, and influence change
Overlook the integration of the changes, and make certain changes are integrated successfully

MAIN SKILLS

Fluent in Norwegian and English
Experienced Change manager
Experience within a large telecommunications organisation
Experience of interacting with teams across all levels of the organisation
Experience handling multiple vendors
Excellent people skills
Zest for Innovation and Change
