Business Change Manager

Are you an experienced BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGER?Do you have experience of delivering change within Financial Services?

Our client, a leading Financial Services organisation, is looking to recruit a Change Manager to lead a small team and be responsible for delivering Business Change Management activities.

The role will require you to manage the successful transition of business change arising from regulatory, legislation or continuous improvements into operational areas.

Involved in this is;

- Ensuring that the impact of business change is assessed, planned monitored and delivered
- Stakeholder management
- Providing solutions to operational areas drawing on your own and SME knowledge
- Working with operational managers to embed change
- Recruiting, developing, rewarding and managing performance of the Change Team
- Ensuring that effective risk, issue and dependency management processes are established
- Coordinating business activity relating to UAT

To be considered for this role you will have;

- A demonstrable track record of leading a small change team in an operations environment
- Experience of working within Financial Services
- Experience of budgeting, forecasting and planning experience
- An awareness of FCA, CCA, Data Protection Act and other relevant legislation, procedures and processes
- Exposure to remediation, complaint handling, claims processing and conduct risk reviews

This role is based in West Yorkshire on an initial 3-6 month contract and paying up to £390.00 per day Dependent on experience and suitability
