BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGER - 6 MONTHS - £600 - £650 - SOUTHAMPTON - IT

Montash have been engaged by a global organisation to secure a highly experienced Business Change Manager. This individual will be responsible for management and delivery of business change activities for major projects. This individual will also have responsibility for planning, managing and ensuring the successful delivery of all business change activities against the business change framework.

This individual will need to build strong relationships with difficult stakeholders from a global perspective. The ideal candidate will have experience within the Research & Development function within Pharmaceutical organisations.
