Business Change Manager

My leading client is looking for an experienced, results driven, Business Change Programme Manager on a 6 month assignment based in Cheshire. You will need to have experience from a Front End business point of view rather than a technical prosepective.

Who will ensure that all changes to core operational services are planned, designed, built and implemented to achieve the agreed business goals and to timescales. Specifically to ensure that operational capacities are aligned to the business strategy.

You will need to of come from a strong operational Sales or Marketing background. You will also need excellent stakeholder management skills.

You will need strong Customer Relationship Management experience, for example: MS Dynamics, Salesforce etc. You will need to be a strategic operational thinker and have had experience of implementing business change or transformation into medium to large sized organisations.
