BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION This person is responsible for the initiation and implementation of Business Process Management projects in the network roll out and field services environment. The Process Manager is responsible for the design and implementation of all kind of process improvements within the FSO organization Netherlands. The Process Manager ensures flexibility in the approach of the process change projects so that the process can easily be modified to adapt to change.

Successful Candidate must Fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English

Relevant Experience in Telecommunications is highly advantageous

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Having a clear understanding of the relationship between the operational requirements of a business, corporate strategy and customer satisfaction
- Committing to process improvement and process management
- Recognizing opportunities for process improvement
- Working to identify and manage risk
- Providing process improvement initiatives and managing a team as the process improves
- Motivating a team to focus on business results as well as customer objectives
- Identifying the current state of the process, as well as improvements that need to be made
- Establishing process performance objectives
- Creating KPIs to measure the success of the process
- Selecting and identifying the owners of sub-processes
- Driving process improvement activities and creating incentives
- Being a driving force for process behaviour change by displaying a motivational impatience for results

COMPETENCE PROFILE

- Academic degree/HBO degree in process/change management
- At least several years relevant experience
- Perseverance and performance oriented: You do not give up until an issue is fully resolved, the expected results are met and the changes are Embedded in the organization.
- Pro-active: You are the one who makes the difference.
- Flexible and responsive to changing work patterns and demands
- Change oriented and innovative: constantly challenge existing ways of working to achieve more efficient and effective processes.
- A thorough and methodical approach to work
- Team player: You motivate and cooperate in teams to achieve results. Share information, ideas and knowledge.
- Presenting and communicating information
- Fluency in written and spoken Dutch AND English required
- Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving and analytical skills are essential

KNOWLEDGE OF LEAN/SIX SIGMA (BLACK BELT IS PREFERABLE)
