Business Change Manager

Change Project Manager - Birmingham - £400 - £500/day

McGregor Boyall is working with one of the world's largest Banking Groups on a very exciting opportunity for a business facing Project Manager responsible for ensuring Project delivery within the corporate environment in order to deliver Business Change and to be part of the team that shapes the future of this Blue chip organisation.

The purpose of this role is to work on the Banking Group's flagship Change initiative and shape the short and long term future which is one of the largest Change Programmes in the Financial sector and is being driven by Retail/Corporate Banking Change Management.

In order to be considered for this role you will have a successful track record as a Project Manager coming from a Financial Services background ideally within Change or Transformation Management. Having a background in retail or corporate banking would also be beneficial as well as having exposure to Risk/Operations/Process Control and significant experience in full Programme and Project life cycle as well as having the ability to get buy in from stakeholder right across the group.
