Business Change Lead - Office 365 (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Manage a team of 3 people, drive adoption and exploitation of Office 365 by working closely with Business Areas to understand their needs and respond with appropriate solutions, training and communication
-Create and manage the project plan for Business Change and adoption activity
-Trace the benefit realization of the O365 investment through KPI and feedback
-Resolve blockers and issues escalated by the Business Change team resources and other Digital Workplace Programme (DWP) work streams
-Manage and coordinate team resources and resolve resource conflicts
-Proactively manage risk to the deployment of DWP solutions
-Prepare contingency options and manage changes to the schedule
-Support the SharePoint rollout, for the business to drive collaboration use and make the most of this and other tools
-Provide a set of adoption methods which can help the business get more (training, knowledge transfer, guides, online resources)
-Provide ways for business areas to use features as “normal business” (e.g. processes improvements, department ways of working) delivered by F2F, Skype Remote, Online tutorials, Drop in sessions, Class based training
-Ensure business requirements are documented and understood by the programme aligned to Out of the Box functionality, Extranet, SharePoint Centre of Excellence and technical backlog
-Transfer training collateral to HR for ongoing use as Business As Usual

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-French and English skills, both written and verbal
-Business change, analysis and solution skills
-Project management skills including planning and risk management
-Stakeholder management and influencing skills
