Business Change Lead 12months Contract Dublin. My client a leading name in their market is in urgent need of a talented and experienced business change lead to join them on a 12 month contract.
My client is looking for you to define and present to client, projects that are technically valid and deliver business benefit to client; Shape and scope project to meet client requirements.
You will identify, assess and classify change impacts of the change on stakeholders and stakeholder groups define the appropriate change initiatives to manage the impacts of the change and the change risk mitigation options. It will be expected that you Identify a list of key stakeholders and stakeholder groups, and define their goals and expectations, levels of commitment, and ability to influence the change process.
Candidates will define the to-be skills/knowledge requirements for the affected workforce Determine the training strategy and plan Lead the design, development, deployment, and evaluation of the training and performance support materials Manage 3rd parties involved in user training "
