My Market leading client is looking to hire a number of Business Change Implementation Leads to start on site immediately in the Northwest.

The Primary purpose of the position will be to work with users on the ground who are directly effected by the change to move towards a new Target Operating Model. This will involve getting users to buy into the change, overcoming any resistance. Someone from a training/coaching background inside change management projects would be the ideal candidate.

Duration:- 6 months
Rate:- £260 - £280 per day
Location:- Warrington

Key Skills:-
Proven Track Record of Coaching/Training towards a new Target Operating Model.
Excellent Coaching and Training abilities.
Strong Track Record of Coaching/Training to overcome resistance to change.
Proven Track record of Implementing Technology based changes effecting BAU and employee's.
Excellent Internal and External Stakeholder Management Skills.
Project Management Experience and Qualification (Prince2/PMP).
Previous Experience in Utilities Sector would be advantageous.
