Business Change Delivery Specialist (Brussels)

Je functie: Context
E2E operations INVEST is actively looking for an external resource to reinforce its Process and Change management team.
The candidate will join the project teams in charge of back-sourcing the corporate actions activities that are currently outsourced.
The Back-sourcing project is structured around 3 streams : System, process/Operations and organization.
The role covers the substantial change management part of the project and requires close interactions with Securities handling Management and Operational teams

Function Description
The candidate will be responsible to deliver change management work packages ranging from (but not limited to) :
- Population impact assessment (PIA),
- Change plans,
- Communication to internal & external stakeholders,
- Training plans & training activities,
- Documentation activities (from process flows to operational procedures),
- Organizational plans & Target Organization deployment,
- Legal contracting (Exit plan),
- Project pre-care and aftercare

He will report functionally to the project lead and hierarchically to the head of Process and change management

Experience
Min. 5 years' experience in Change Management within Securities handling industry

Technical Experience
Mandatory
- Excellent planning skills
- Familiar with project lifecycle and project environment

Preferable
- Familiar with Corporate actions applications (in-house or vendor package based solutions)

Business Experience
Mandatory
- Strong knowledge and experience in Securities handling with a focus on Corporate actions
- Strong knowledge of Change management principles and methodologies
- Good knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM)

Preferable
- Business change management methodology ADKAR®
- Operational experience in Securities back offices
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Sound experience in contracting and service level agreements
