* Change Manager/Business Readiness Manager required for Glasgow based Financial Services client..*

Joining a large, strategic digital change programme, our Client is seeking a skilled & experienced Business Change Manager/Business Readiness Manager to define, manage and deliver E-2-E-business readiness requirements across this programme.

Working from their City Centre Office, the role will be for an initial 6 months and will pay between £400-£450 per day (DoE).

To be successful in this role/requirement, key skills

* A proven background in large, high-profile Business Change Projects within the Financial Services Sector
* Proven and demonstrable knowledge of the Implementation and Business Readiness landscape, working as an Implementation/Business Readiness Manager previously
* A strong and in-depth knowledge of new tools, training needs, governance and support models etc
* Experience around internal business communications
* First class Stakeholder Management skills & abilities will be absolutely essential
* Strong communication, organisational and planning skills are essential too
