Our client, a leading Financial Services institution located in the Sydney CBD, is currently looking for an experienced BUSINESS ANALYST TO SUPPORT THE IMPLEMENTATION AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT OF A LARGE ONLINE PROJECT.

You will be responsible for analysing the prevailing environment, scope, change management, change readiness and delivery to ensure outcomes are clearly articulated and that agreed work is aligned to the overall project/initiative.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- 4+ years proven business analysis skills preferably within a large financial services institution
- Strong experience with change management, strategy and execution
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a results orientation and ability to meet competing demands in a prioritised, structured way
- Excellent communication skills and ability to act professionally at a senior level within the business
- Previous online experience is highly desirable
