Business Change Analyst

A Business Analyst is required to deliver proposition change within the Client's programme in the Change Pensions & Retirement Directorate

Essential:
Business Analysis to ISEB or equivalent including

- Ability to start up requirements phase and manage through to end deliverables
- Able to understand and articulate level of requirements required at different stages of project and by different people
- Experience of using Use Cases/Business Rules Catalogue/NFRs/Process Mapping
- E-commerce experience
- Workshop facilitation skills - but able to demonstrate the thought processes/structure required to design and lead a workshop in order to deliver an objective
- Experience of estimating BA Tasks and articulating how they would approach a piece of analysis
- Pension industry experience
- Pensions and Platform experience, including Investments in the corporate/employer environment.

Accountabilities:
The BA will initially be responsible for producing Initial, High & Detailed Level requirements for the Business Readiness work stream to the agreed Client's standards and supporting this work through to delivery.

The BA will report into the Business Readiness Lead Business Analyst

All members of the project team will work towards a proposition that serves the end customers' interests informed by the Client's Customer Ambitions and Treating Customers Fairly principles.
