This role is highly skilled, the business case author will need to have a proven track record in drafting green book compliant business cases.
An understanding of CRM and contact centre technologies;
Public sector procurement experience (framework and OJEU);
A proven track record in the drafting Green Book compliant 5 case business cases;
A proven track record of navigating govt approvals processes; and
Business analysis skills to produce supporting content for the economic and financial cases.
