Business Area Manager (Sales) / Business Development

Field Based covering East Midlands

OTE Circa £50,000

Our client, a leading player in the flooring market now has a fantastic opportunity for a driven and motivated Business Area Sales Manager to cover the East Midlands.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will represent the Company to maximise their sales and margins. You will focus not only on the development of existing accounts, but also on creating new business through strategic sales, commercial skills. You will build long term, sustainable working relationships with specifiers, end users and contractors as well as concentrating on generating specifications through architects, end users and other decision makers. Additional to this you will accurately record and manage customer and project information through the CRM system.

The successful candidate will be an excellent sales' professional with a successful track record in developing new business as well as excellent customer service skills. They are looking for someone with knowledge of the specification market, strong teamwork and the ability to understand and impart technical information.

The Business Area Manager will be home based, located within the sales area. You must possess a full driving licence for use in the UK.
