Business Architecture Expert (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Define global target business processes and capabilities in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders (e.g. business strategy, regional management and technology)
-Ensure target processes are designed to meet franchise strategy and goals and investments are effective, sustainable, market driven and globally leveraged whenever possible
-Assess new and ongoing change demand, specifically map requirements against global functional capability and process map
-Engage with initiator of change and stakeholders to drive definition of target and prepare a recommendation for senior management
-Development of professional working relationships with various stakeholder groups (Business, External Vendors) across all seniority levels and regions
-Closely interact with PMO function to ensure documentation of processes

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Ability to think creatively and out of the box, understanding a business requirement and deriving various options in the solution space
-Good sense for feasibility and complexity of potential solutions/target processes
-Strong analytical skills, capability to write business requirement documents and review technical solution designs
-Working experience in Private Banking
-Understanding of Banking industry and relevant technology trends
-Experience in management of IT projects and familiar with related project management lifecycle, tools / deliverables and typical challenges
-Ability to moderate process/functional workshops with diverse stakeholders, including senior management; strong communication skills
