Our client, a large banking organisation based in Canary Wharf, requires a Business Designer to work on the development and delivery of a proposition which is a joint undertaking between Wealth & Investment Management and Retail Banking (Digital) roling out a new Savings Product.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Validating and updating the Target Operating Model
- Developing programme-specific customer journeys
- Developing and maintaining detailed definition of the product features and services to be provided from the retail bank into the proposition.
- Drafting and gaining stakeholder agreement to demand statements for the strategic solution for Retail Banking product and services
- Maintaining the currency of and developing new content for the Target Operating Model, services models and organisational design
