Business Architect (TOM, Design Authority, Investments, FS)

Business Architect/Design Authority Lead (TOM, Design Authority, FS) required for our Financial Services client based in Edinburgh. The right candidate must have extensive demonstrable experience as a Business Architect and Design Authority within Financial Services environments.

The selected candidate will perform business architecture activity including managing a team of Business Analysts to facilitate the delivery of an effective end to end design of business processes. This will include responsibility for performing analysis on existing processes, identifying and documenting options for business change to remediate current issues, working alongside the Project Manager to gain stakeholder acceptance of proposed changes, producing impact assessments to operations teams, map and documenting all interdependencies, conducting gap analysis & risk assessments and identifying & engaging key stakeholders/project leads.

To be successful in this role you will be a skilled Business Architect with a wealth of process improvement and target operating model design experience gained within Financial Services. You must have the ability to look across a number of moving parts, define potential options & solutions and present them along with implications to senior stakeholders.

Proven business process design experience is essential for this role, ideally backed up with relevant certifications. Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management experience are essential.
