Business Architect - Senior/Lead

Our client, a large Financial Services company, requires a Senior Business Architect resource to compliment a growing team in Cardiff. Providing input into business shaping activities across a broad range of initiatives for 2015, the right candidate must have extensive & demonstrable experience as a Business Architect ideally within Financial Services.

The selected candidate will perform business architecture activity including the development of Business Architecture process frameworks and supporting deliverables that reflect business strategy, required business capabilities, and how this transitions into the target Operating Model. This will include responsibility for providing a common governed model of the business, providing solution consultancy to complex business issues, supporting strategy development and implementation planning, provide change impact assessments and identifying gaps and opportunities.

To be successful in this role you will be a skilled Business Architect with a wealth of process improvement and target operating model design experience gained within Financial Services. You must have the ability to look across a number of moving parts, define potential options & solutions and present them along with implications to senior stakeholders. Proven business process design experience is essential for this role, ideally backed up with relevant certifications. Any knowledge of Credit Card/Cards migration projects would also be highly advantageous in this requirement.
Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management experience are also essential.
