Business Architect Job

BUSINESS ARCHITECT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Walnut Creek, CA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Advanced business process analysis and improvement methods, tools and techniques, project management, change management, and consulting to manage large projects and provide consulting to address large scale/highly complex problems.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Create initial enterprise cross-program dependency assessment report. This role would need to design best way to capture and show program gaps - dependencies, capacity, misaligned business capabilities, business priorities, etc., work with programs to capture and rationalize the information and identify mitigation strategies.
- Design business architecture driven approach to define and identify business capabilities of the programs, create initial capability maps, identify gaps areas and help resolve misalignments
- Design longer-term process to align programs in the future

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Business Architecture concepts, business capabilities mapping experience
- Large program/Enterprise dependency management experience

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Business Process Analysis and Documentation including Current State Process, Current State Performance and Metrics, Issues, Disconnects, Opportunities, Root Cause Analysis, Business Case Development, Future State Design Specifications, Future State Design of Process, Roles and Responsibilities, Metrics, Process Planning and Management, Detailed Design and Implementation of process improvements
