ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
The purpose of the role is to help shape and support projects within the Portfolio and to ensure alignment to the strategy and the Target Operating Model, translating business objectives into an overarching business architecture.
- Provide a common governed model of the business
- Provide solution consultancy to complex business issues
- Support Strategy development and implementation planning
- Provide change impact assessment
- Identify gaps and opportunities.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge and experience of the Finance and LP&I business is required, along with general Architecture experience.
DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Highly skilled Insurance (LP&I) Business Architecture specialist skills and experience required with knowledge and experience of the Insurance business, in particular Finance
