I have an urgent requirement for a number of Business Architect to work for a Financial Services organisation in Scotland.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in
1) Looking at Retail Banking direct-to-consumer advertising/marketing campaigns and the data that is collected off this.
2) Look at analysis of this data and organise it in a fashion where the sale force can make sense of it and create business decisions.
3) Work with the business to create new investment strategies and bring in new customers.
4) Journey mapping customers as they look to get go through digital channels and problems/advantages they have.
